Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Electrician – EICR & Remedial Works

We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing team carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works across residential and commercial properties throughout London.

This is a mobile role ideal for an electrician with strong testing and inspection experience who can work independently while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs in domestic and commercial properties.
• Identify electrical defects and provide accurate reports.
• Complete remedial works following EICR findings.
• Fault finding, testing, and inspection of electrical installations.
• Ensure all work complies with current BS7671 regulations.
• Complete certification and reports using handheld devices.
• Work efficiently to meet client and company deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391, 2394/2395, or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification.
• Proven experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
