Subcontract Electrician – EICR & Remedial Works

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced self-employed Electricians to carry out EICRs and remedial works across London.

We have a consistent volume of work available and are seeking reliable contractors who can deliver high-quality testing, inspection, and remedial services within residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Identify defects and code observations accurately.
• Complete remedial works following inspections.
• Carry out fault finding and testing.
• Complete certification and paperwork electronically.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391, 2394/2395, or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification.
• Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
• Own van, tools, and testing equipment.
• Public Liability Insurance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• UTR Number and right to work in the UK.
