Nuco Solutions are looking for a qualified Electrician to work across Hampshire for a well-known Housing Association.

Role and Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections & testing in residential properties
• Complete planned works, EICRs, testing & certification
• Diagnose and resolve faults, aiming for first-time fixes
• Communicate with tenants and coordinate with other trades
• Follow health & safety procedures
• Complete reports and certificates via handheld device
• Participate in emergency call-out rota
• Maintain company vehicle and support apprentices when required

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• 18th Edition
• Social housing/domestic electrical experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage workload
