We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join an established Social Housing provider. This role involves providing a comprehensive range of electrical services to both void and occupied properties, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conducting testing and inspection of electrical systems.
• Performing remedial repairs as necessary.
• Undertaking full and partial rewires according to requirements.
• Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).
• Changing consumer units as needed.
• Managing van stock to ensure all necessary equipment is available for tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
• Must hold the 18th Edition wiring regulations certificate.
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395 qualifications are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Proven experience in electrical work within social housing or similar settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
