Electrician in York, North Yorkshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy site in York on a temp to perm basis.

Location: York
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum dependent on experience
Parking: Free on-site parking available

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnosis on electrical systems
• Testing, inspection and repair work
• Maintenance and testing of emergency lighting systems
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations

Requirements:

• 18th Edition qualification
• Strong fault-finding experience
• Experience working with emergency lighting systems
• Previous maintenance or facilities management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
