Electricians – AWE Aldermaston (2 Positions)

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for experienced Gold Card Electricians for a long-term project at AWE Aldermaston, working on containment and electrical infrastructure within a secure environment.

This is a long-term opportunity on a large-scale site, involving high-volume containment installation and electrical works.

Duties

• Installation of containment systems including tray, basket, conduit, and trunking

• 1st fix electrical installations

• Lighting and power distribution

• Working from technical drawings

• Installation work across site areas

• Liaising with site management and other trades

Requirements

• Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card

• Previous experience on commercial or large-scale projects

• Strong containment experience essential

• Own tools and PPE

• Ability to work from drawings

• Must be able to pass strict security clearance (can take up to 2 weeks depending on submission speed)

Key Details

• Hours: 07:00 – 16:30 (9 hours paid)

• Must be in the car park by 07:00 to secure parking

• Long-term work available

• Must bring Passport, Driving Licence, and Utility Bill on first day

• All candidates will be subject to Drug & Alcohol testing during induction
