Electrician in Northampton, Northamptonshire

The Role:

• Permanent position
• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties - Northampton-Stratford Upon Avon patch
• Repair and maintain occupied properties
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
• Start - ASAP

What We're Looking For:

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
• Qualified with with NVQ3 and 18th Edition
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license

• £37,440 base salary + 5% bonus paid every March pro rata and ON call 1 week in every 5-6 weeks paid £100 for the week + £50 per call out
• Mon - Fri 8am- 4.30pm
