Electrician (EICR) – Social Housing
Location: Chester and surrounding areas

We are looking for a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our growing team, carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within occupied social housing properties across Chester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while providing excellent customer service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out EICRs in occupied social housing properties.

Identify and record electrical defects in line with current regulations.

Complete all certification and reports accurately using digital systems.

Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in tenants' homes.

Follow all health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements:
-
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing qualification.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
-
Previous experience carrying out EICRs.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Desirable:

Experience working within social housing or domestic properties.

ECS/JIB Gold Card.
