Daniel Owen is recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join an established repairs and maintenance team in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a leading social housing organisation, carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs within occupied residential properties.
The Role
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation works.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Complete inspection and testing where required.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
- Participate in second shift and out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services - Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures), or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing.
- AM2 Certificate.
