Location: Salisbury Area / South Wiltshire
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 basic DOE + Overtime
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re recruiting for an experienced Domestic Electrician to join an established heating and electrical contractor covering Salisbury and the surrounding areas.

This is predominantly a domestic position working in customers’ homes and on existing contracts. You’ll be joining a busy business with an established workload and a varied mix of installation, maintenance and reactive work.

The Role

Day-to-day work will include:

• 1st and 2nd fix electrical work
• Electrical installation, alterations and additions
• Small and partial domestic rewires
• Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
• Testing and fault finding
• Electrical repairs
• Reactive maintenance and call-outs
• Internal and external lighting
• Sockets, switches and electrical accessories
• Heating controls and associated wiring
• Working safely and professionally in occupied homes

You’ll generally work within approximately a 30-mile radius of Salisbury, although occasional travel further afield may be required for larger projects.
