TAY Recruitment are currently looking for 2 Electricians for a Permanent role based in Bristol. with a busy, well established Electrical contractor.
The contracts they undertake range from Large Commercial Electrical installs to Solar projects etc.
The hourly rate will be £26 CIS , with a Van and uniform supplied also.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various sites. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate tools and techniques, then carry out repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute installation or repair tasks accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they develop into major problems.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out for documentation purposes.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
- Experience with power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters relevant to electrical work.
- Strong electrical experience with a thorough understanding of wiring practices, circuit design, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to diagnose issues swiftly and effectively.
