My client is seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our growing services team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong technical electrical installation expertise who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Working across residential projects, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance while working closely with other trades to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality electrical installations within residential properties.
  • Diagnose, fault find, and repair existing electrical systems and installations.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider refurbishment team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Assist with general refurbishment tasks when required, including supporting other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and consistently achieve professional finishes.
  • Follow project schedules and meet agreed deadlines while maintaining high levels of workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients, including providing progress updates and photographic reports when required.
  • Represent the company professionally and courteously when working in clients’ homes and occupied properties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as a qualified Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical installations, maintenance, and fault finding.
  • Certificates and commissioning experience 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection & Testing.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
