TXM Recruit are currently supporting a growing renewable energy company as they expand their team. They are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Electrician to join the business and work across domestic social housing properties throughout Kent, London and the Southeast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a range of renewable energy systems and associated electrical infrastructure.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 38 hours a week 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Kent. London & Southeast
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and repair works
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Complete system swap-outs and replacement work for failed electrical systems and components.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a range of renewable technologies, including:
- Solar PV systems
- Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
- EV charging points
- Associated electrical systems and infrastructure
- £50,000 to £55,000 Depending on Experience and Qualifications
- 38 hours a week

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- AM2 – Electrotechnical Assessment of Occupational Competence.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with renewable technologies such as Solar PV, EV charging or Air Source Heat Pumps is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A DBS check is required for this position
