Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Company Van

The Role

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a busy Voids and Property Maintenance team covering Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Working across vacant residential properties, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants.

No two properties are the same, offering a diverse range of work including inspections, testing, fault finding, repairs, upgrades, and installations.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical inspection and testing of domestic properties
Fault finding, repairs and maintenance works
Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
Electrical installations and remedial works
Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and safety standards
Producing accurate certification and documentation
Working collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to minimise void turnaround times
Delivering excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
AM2 qualification (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Experience
Experience within social housing, property maintenance, or void properties
NICEIC registered or experience working to NICEIC standards
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
