We’re working with a client who is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team, carrying out testing and inspection work across domestic properties in South Tyneside
Job Specification:
- Carrying out testing and inspection on domestic installations
- Signing off notifiable works where required
- Completing periodic inspections in both void and tenanted properties ahead of re-lets
- Conducting EICRs in occupied homes
- Working within public buildings and schools when needed
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation work
Personal Specification:
- Level 3 Electrician qualification
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
- Time-served experience
- A clean UK driving licence
Certificates/knowledge in the following would be highly beneficial:
- Manual Handling
- Abrasive Wheels
- Ladder Safety
- COSHH awareness
- Ability to carry out risk assessments
