As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

  • Hand solder, test and assemble subassemblies within a production cell
  • Issue and complete work orders while keeping stock accuracy on point
  • Work to assembly drawings and procedures to a consistently high standard
  • Set up and operate production machinery safely
  • Carry out mechanical and electrical testing on subassemblies and finished products
  • Support continual process improvement and cross-training across the workshop

As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler, your experience will include:

  • Experience working in an electronics or manufacturing environment is useful but not essential
  • Previous hand soldering experience is beneficial
  • Comfortable working to detailed drawings and procedures
  • Good manual dexterity and a genuine eye for detail
  • A reliable, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in and learn
