Emerging Talent Manager

Salary: in the region of £50,000 plus car allowance, annual bonus and enhanced pension

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid - Cannock, WS11 8JP

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive emerging talent programmes including apprenticeships and graduate programs within Veolia.
  • Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives, build key partnerships with educational institutions and create effective learning pathways for emerging talent.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of emerging talent programmes from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, recognition and benefits, progression and performance, retain/exit and the alumni.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and participant development. The role also oversees the Apprenticeship provision including early careers and upskilling utlising this learning intervention to drive career learning through Veolia whilst maximising the spend of Veolia's apprenticeship levy.





What we are looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience in either agency or in-house environments - ideally within early careers, graduates or apprenticeships
  • Demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in program development, stakeholder management and apprenticeship frameworks.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment .
