Employability Tutor

We are recruiting Employability Tutor to offer advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support through regular 1:1 meetings and group sessions as part of the CFO programme.  CFO Evolution provides tailored support for offenders, especially those who are disadvantaged, struggle to engage with mainstream services, face barriers to community reintegration, and lack essential life and functional skills needed by employers.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Location: Brough, East Yorkshire

You will:

• Proven experience working with offenders or individuals from marginalised backgrounds.
• Proven experience planning, facilitating and delivering group sessions, workshops or learning activities, with the confidence to engage and motivate participants from a range of backgrounds.
• Experience supporting individuals to overcome barriers and achieve personal, learning or employment goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Warm, empathetic, and able to quickly build rapport with participants.
