Job Title: Employability Tutor / Trainer
Location: Centre based
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Permanent / 4 day working week (Monday – Thursday)
Duties:
- Deliver Employability workshops to groups of circa 10 adult learners – as part of the delivery, you will be required to support learners with CV writing, job search, interview techniques, confidence building etc.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners.
- The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
- Assist learners in identifying the skills required to progress towards their career aspirations.
- The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learner to realise their full potential
- Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
- Must have experience of delivering engaging training / workshops, within employability skills.
- Organisational skills are a must, and you will manage a cohort / caseload of learners.
- Prepared to undertake any vetting / security clearances, as required for the role.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
