Are you the person who shapes the narrative, influences senior leaders, and knows exactly how communications will land?

We're looking for an experienced Employee Communications & Engagement Manager to lead internal communications and engagement across a dynamic organisation. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with senior leadership to craft compelling messaging, deliver high-impact employee events, and drive engagement through clear, authentic communication.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering internal communications strategies
  • Writing executive and leadership communications
  • Planning and running company-wide events and town halls
  • Leading change communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Advising senior stakeholders on the best communication approach and channels

We're looking for someone with exceptional storytelling skills, strong executive presence, and a proven background in internal communications, employee engagement, and leadership communications.
