We're partnering with one of the world's most recognised and innovative global organisations to find an experienced HR Consultant / Employee Relations Specialist to join a high-performing HR Consulting team in Dublin. This is an opportunity to work behind the scenes of a business that shapes how millions of people and organisations work every day, supporting leaders through some of their most complex people-related challenges.
This is not a traditional HR generalist role. You'll be working on sensitive employee relations matters, performance management cases, workplace investigations, organisational change initiatives, restructures and conflict resolution. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple business areas, helping them navigate challenging situations with confidence, fairness and commercial awareness.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced international environment where no two days are the same. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of a highly collaborative HR team and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a globally recognised organisation.
✅ Strong Employee Relations experience, ideally handling complex cases end-to-end
✅ experience supporting managers through performance management, investigations and organisational change
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
✅ Ability to build credibility with leaders and employees at all levels
✅ Sound judgement and confidence in navigating ambiguity
✅ experience working within a large, matrixed or multinational organisation
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
