Employee Relations Specialist – FE College

We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join an established HR team within a Further Education (FE) college.

You’ll provide expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, working closely with managers to ensure fair, consistent and effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a varied ER caseload, including disciplinary, grievance and absence matters
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues
• Support investigations and formal hearings
• Ensure processes are compliant with employment legislation and college policies
• Build strong relationships with managers and staff across the college

About you:
You’ll have solid employee relations experience, ideally within the education or public sector, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to advise managers at all levels.
