Our client, a prestigious automotive dealership based in Weybridge, is seeking an experienced Engine Builder to join their high-performance automotive team. Duties:
  • Support the assembly of high-performance engines, adhering to technical specifications as an Engine Builder
  • Prepare, clean, and organise engine components to meet quality standards
  • Accurately measure, fit, and assemble engine parts using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Follow detailed build instructions and technical documentation with precision
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Document all build processes and support quality control procedures
  • Assist in engine testing and troubleshooting as required
Requirements:
  • Practical mechanical experience, ideally within a workshop or vehicle technician environment, suitable for an aspiring Engine Builder
  • Genuine passion for high-performance automotive engineering and engine mechanics
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and workshop safety procedures
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced colleagues
  • Local to Weybridge and interested in establishing a long-term career
