Engineering Labourer

You will be working Temporary to Permanent, Mon to Thursday 07:40 to 16:30 and Friday 07:40 to 12:20
As the engineering labourer you will be tasked with:
*Product Removal - Safely remove finished components from punched or lasered metal sheets
*Deburring Work - Carry out deburring of metal parts using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring all edges are smooth, clean, and compliant
*Machine Assistance - Support machine operators by helping set up equipment, loading materials, monitoring production runs
*Stacker Truck Operation - Operate a stacker truck (if licensed)
*Workplace Cleaning -regularly clearing waste, sweeping workstations, and following housekeeping standards
What you need to have to be considered as the next Engineering Labourer
*Experience within an Engineering environment
*Deburring experience
*Stacker Truck Licence would be a big advantage
*Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
*Experience with working alongside machinery
You will receive:
* £13.74 per hour (std)
* Enhanced Over Time rate for work after 38 hours (1.5)
* Permanent position after 12 weeks
* Excellent working environment
