A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Manager has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Kent area.
Salary – Up to £72,000 basic salary, dependent on experience + Great package + Bonus
Hours – Monday – Friday (Days)
Location – Commutable from Rochester, Kent
Skills required for the job of Engineering Manager
- Leading and developing a team of shift engineers
- Managing a budget for the engineering department
- Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site.
- Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department
- Overseeing several small projects
- Strong leadership experience required for the role
