Location: Leicester

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Pension + Bens

Shift Pattern: Days based Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm

The Company

My client is processor/manufacturer within its field of plastic recycling. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having 8 recycling sites across the UK. The Loughborough site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Maintenance/Engineering Manager Experience.
• Heavy Industrial Engineering Experience.

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering and have experience being a maintenance/engineering manager ideally from plastics or a heavy machinery environment.

Day to Day duties

• Maintaining all machinery.
• Managing a team of 7.
• Planning & managing all repair & install activities.
• Supervising & leading all maintenance processes & operations.
• Creating & implementing maintenance procedures.
• Budget control.
• Ensure all PPMs are completed.
• Adhere to H&S.
• Recruit on staff.
