If you enjoy combining technical depth with people leadership, this role gives you the space to do both. You’ll be the steady hand in high‑level hardware discussions, the voice of experience in troubleshooting, and the driving force behind project delivery and cost‑reduction improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a talented hardware engineering tea
- Bringing technical credibility to design reviews, decision‑making, and problem‑solving
- Supporting complex troubleshooting and guiding engineers through challenges
- Driving project delivery and ensuring technical milestones are met
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members as the business continues to grow
- Building a positive, collaborative, high‑performing engineering culture
What You’ll Bring
- A solid background in hardware/electronics engineering
- Confidence in high‑level technical discussions and decision‑making
- Experience supporting troubleshooting and technical problem resolution
