The Role
As the Engineering Sector Lead, you will oversee all engineering support for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring adherence to processes and standards. Your daily responsibilities will include managing engineering teams, maintaining quality assurance, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and external bodies to promote best practices and innovative engineering solutions.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, with extensive knowledge of construction and design processes.
- An accredited degree in an engineering discipline, ideally with Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
- Expert understanding of contract conditions, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Substantial experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrable capability in promoting innovation and sustainable engineering practices.
