As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the engineering design and manufacturing team
• Overseeing the design, build to print, and manufacture of transformers and components
• Ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards throughout the engineering process
• Managing obsolescence challenges and providing whole life support solutions for customers
• Liaising directly with customers on bespoke, application specific engineering requirements

As an Engineering Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven experience managing an engineering team within a manufacturing environment
• Hands on experience working with transformers and components
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Experience in a precision or regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, or medical
• Strong background in design to print and custom engineering solutions
