Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of engineering projects across a global manufacturing network.
- Drive product transfer, NPI, rationalisation and cost optimisation programmes.
- Establish robust project governance, planning and execution processes.
- Manage engineering resources, project priorities and capacity planning.
- Work cross-functionally to align business, operational and engineering objectives.
- Ensure engineering solutions meet required quality, compliance and regulatory standards.
- Develop engineering capability and encourage knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Support strategic manufacturing programmes that enable growth and improve operational performance
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
- Experience delivering product transfer, NPI or manufacturing transformation projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Stage Gate, Agile or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering governance and quality systems.
- Experience within regulated manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial.
- An engineering qualification (HND, Degree or equivalent experience).
