Job title: Engineering Supervisor (M&E)
Location: King’s Cross, London
Terms: Permanent Contract, Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary/rate: Salary up to £60,000 + package

Requirements: Qualifications Required
  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering within the relevant discipline (Essential)
  • Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Lead Engineer within Facilities Management / Building Services
  • Strong technical background within M&E maintenance
  • Experience working on high-end commercial or corporate buildings
  • Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of M&E engineers on site
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities
  • Ensure all technical issues and building services faults are resolved efficiently
  • Maintain and manage KPI and SLA performance
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
  • Manage the permit-to-work system and safe systems of work
  • Assist with small project works and building shutdowns
  • Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships
  • Support the technical development and performance of the engineering team
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor within FM / Building Services
  • Level 3 qualification within the relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
  • Experience working within high-end commercial environments
  • Client-facing, professional, and confident communicator
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
