Terms: Permanent Contract, Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary/rate: Salary up to £60,000 + package
Requirements: Qualifications Required
- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering within the relevant discipline (Essential)
- Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Lead Engineer within Facilities Management / Building Services
- Strong technical background within M&E maintenance
- Experience working on high-end commercial or corporate buildings
- Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Supervisor to join a professional team within a high-quality commercial building.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of M&E engineers on site
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensure all technical issues and building services faults are resolved efficiently
- Maintain and manage KPI and SLA performance
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
- Manage the permit-to-work system and safe systems of work
- Assist with small project works and building shutdowns
- Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships
- Support the technical development and performance of the engineering team
- Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor within FM / Building Services
- Level 3 qualification within the relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Experience working within high-end commercial environments
- Client-facing, professional, and confident communicator
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
