Academics are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded, supportive secondary school in the Stoke-on-Trent area of Staffordshire, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The role will start in September and initially run until December, with the potential for extension.

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons mainly across KS3 (+ some KS4)
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Engage, motivate and challenge students
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - Secondary English
• Recent experience teaching English up to KS4
• Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
