Protocol Education is recruiting an enthusiastic English Teacher for a school in Pilning, Bristol (BS35).
The school is open to teachers from both Primary and Secondary backgrounds who have strong English teaching skills and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
Your Role- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
- Differentiate learning to meet individual needs.
- Develop pupils' literacy, communication, and confidence.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies.
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the wider SEND team.
- UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong English teaching experience.
- Primary or Secondary teaching experience.
- Previous SEND experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A patient, creative, and adaptable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
