The school is open to teachers from both Primary and Secondary backgrounds who have strong English teaching skills and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual needs.
• Develop pupils' literacy, communication, and confidence.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the wider SEND team.

• UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong English teaching experience.
• Primary or Secondary teaching experience.
• Previous SEND experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A patient, creative, and adaptable approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
