The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive setting where you can make a lasting impact on pupils' educational journeys.

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
• Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development through positive relationships.
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to ensure high-quality support for all learners.
• Managing classroom behaviour using positive behaviour management strategies.
• Preparing learning resources and maintaining an organised and stimulating learning environment.
• Attending staff meetings, training sessions, annual reviews, and multi-agency meetings where required.
• Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes.
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching children or young people within Primary, Secondary, or SEND settings.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping every pupil achieve their potential.
