Enterprise Account Executive (GTM)

Morela is working exclusively with one of Europe's fastest-growing AI startups to find a driven Enterprise Account Executive. This is a high-impact, high-visibility sales role for someone who wants to own a region, close complex deals, and build lasting relationships with some of the world's largest organisations.

The Role

You will lead and close high-stakes enterprise deals, expand existing relationships, and create durable revenue streams with major organisations. This is a hunter role with real ownership - you'll be building pipeline, managing complex multi-stakeholder cycles, and driving measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow trusted relationships with CxOs, IT leaders, and Customer Service executives in large enterprises
  • Drive measurable growth within the accounts you own, turning them into long-term success stories
  • Expand the company's footprint by opening new doors and landing fresh enterprise customers
  • Hit and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Keep customer details sharp and actionable in Salesforce: use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts
  • Sell on value, not features - using a solution-based approach that demonstrates real business impact

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS or AI-driven solutions
  • Consistently closing large, complex accounts with multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in a local language
  • A genuine passion for AI and a get-it-done attitude
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals
  • Proven ability to navigate and win in early-stage, high-growth environments
  • Strong relationships with CxOs and senior decision-makers at enterprise level
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value
  • Proven wins working hand-in-hand with System Integrators and Hyperscalers

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or conversational platforms
  • Network within enterprise customer service or operations functions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience
