Positions available: Multiple
Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 on a 3 on / 3 off rota
Shift options: Flexible patterns available, including early and late shifts

About the Role

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to begin a career in adult care. You will support people with daily routines, promote independence, and provide practical help and companionship in a respectful, person-centred way.

Typical duties may include:

  • Supporting with personal care, washing, dressing and daily routines.

  • Helping with meal preparation, light household tasks and general wellbeing.

  • Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support.

  • Assisting people to remain independent in their own homes.

  • Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in needs or wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

No previous care experience is required for this entry-level role, as full support and training will be provided. We are looking for people with the right attitude, a caring nature and a genuine desire to help others.

This role could suit someone who has worked in:

  • Customer service.

  • Retail.

  • Hospitality.

  • Cleaning or housekeeping.

  • Volunteer work.

  • Community or charity roles.
