Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

We're bringing on an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our Glasgow team, meeting residents face-to-face and learning the ropes of sales from the ground up. No experience, no problem — just bring the right attitude and we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting residents across Glasgow in person, day to day
- Learning how to open conversations, build rapport, and read what a customer actually needs
- Presenting our products/services clearly and confidently
- Turning genuine interest into completed sales
- Managing your own diary and pacing your own workload
- Picking up real, transferable sales skills as you go
What You'll Need
- A friendly, approachable manner and genuine interest in people
- Willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Resilience — comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
- Self-motivation to manage your own time
- Own transport preferred, not essential
- Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
