Our client, a leading organisation in the utilities sector, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Environmental Compliance Technician to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely completion of Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts to high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct essential cleaning tasks, including:

- General Ventilation Cleaning
- Water Tank Cleaning, Coating & Refurbishment
- Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning

• Uphold a 100% attendance record and minimise aborted calls.
• Maintain a safe working environment, aiming for zero RIDDOR incidents and vehicle accidents when driving.

Job Specific Functions:

• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations, ensuring compliance on-site and at the depot.
• Deliver work according to established standards and specifications, utilising training and skills effectively.
• Represent the organisation professionally while on-site and assist in training new operatives under the guidance of the Compliance Supervisor.
• Ensure that all specialised equipment is maintained and report any issues for prompt resolution.
• Follow the Company Code of Conduct consistently in all duties.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexibility with working hours, including days, evenings, nights, and occasional weekends.
• A commitment to the organisation's values of Honesty, Ownership, and Respect.
• Attention to detail to ensure a safe, clean, and secure site.

Training and Development:

• On-the-job training, including internal and external courses.
• Health and Safety Training as needed.
• BESA Grease Hygiene Technician Training.

Quality & Environmental Responsibilities:

• Follow company procedures and ensure a high-quality service for all customers.
• Familiarise with and comply with the Company's Environmental Policy.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Comply with all relevant sections of the Company Health and Safety Policy.
