ER Specialist- Interim

As an ER Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with HR policies. From handling grievances to advising on workplace issues, your work will help the business maintain smooth and effective HR operations.

Client Details

You'll be working in a state of the art R&D facility, at the heart of a rapidly growing engineering business. Because of the nature of the work the business do, everyone is based onsite 5 days per week.

Description

The Employee Relations Specialist will:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and resolve grievances and disciplinary cases in a timely and professional manner.
• Support line managers in handling sensitive workplace matters, offering practical solutions and advice.
• Ensure adherence to employment law regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee relations cases.
• Collaborate with the HR team to provide consistent support across the organisation.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations topics as required.

Profile

A successful ER Specialist should have:

• Previous experience in employee relations, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing workplace issues.

Job Offer
