ERP Business Analyst

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join Liverpool City Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of major enterprise-wide transformation programmes, working alongside key stakeholders to improve business processes and embed effective ways of working. Liverpool City Council are currently implementing MHR i-Trent as their HR platform, alongside Microsoft Dynamics for Finance, and require an experienced Business Analyst to support these complex change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Analysis lead on complex transformation projects and programmes.
• Provide expert business analysis support across strategic improvement and change initiatives.
• Lead the business analysis phase throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a key contact for customers, stakeholders and senior managers.
• Identify and apply appropriate business analysis methodologies, including approaches such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the design and implementation of effective solutions.

About You

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide change projects and ERP implementations.
• Experience working with HR, Finance or similar business systems (experience with MHR i-Trent, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP platforms would be advantageous).
