Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing ERP solutions provider in the search for an experienced ERP Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across the UK market.#

If you are a high-performing new business sales professional with a proven track record of selling Finance ERP solutions and thrive on winning new customers, this is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation with significant growth plans and exceptional earning potential.

This is a pure new business role focused on identifying, engaging and securing new clients for a portfolio of Finance ERP solutions and associated professional services.

You'll be joining a collaborative, commercially driven team where success is recognised and rewarded, and where you'll have the autonomy and support to build a substantial pipeline and make a genuine impact on the organisation's growth journey.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute a strategic new business sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify and convert opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and market engagement
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, CIOs and other C-suite executives
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to create compelling customer propositions
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrable success in a pure new business software sales role
  • Proven experience selling Finance ERP solutions is essential
  • Experience selling solutions such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Unit4, Infor, Sage Intacct, IFS, Acumatica or similar enterprise finance platforms
  • Strong understanding of ERP software, professional services and digital transformation programmes
  • Experience engaging and selling to senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships and uncover complex business challenges

What's on Offer:

  • Basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000
