About the Property Agent role

As a Property Agent, you will support both our commercial and residential operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, fast-paced, and client‑focused.

Property Agent Key Responsibilities

Property viewings - Conduct and support commercial and residential viewings

Property inspections - Conduct routine inspections and reporting

Portal management - Maintain listings and ensure accuracy across all platforms

Client communication - Provide professional, timely updates to clients and applicants

Social media marketing - Support marketing efforts to promote properties and brand visibility

General administrative support - Assist with day-to-day office operations

Property Agent Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in law/real estate/property management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in sales preferred
• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are crucial
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Professional and positive attitude to learn with a keen interest in real estate and customer service
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Interest in commercial and residential property
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media
