• This is an office-based Sales Negotiators position so more telesales based in a high street Estate Agency office where you will spend your day speaking to owners and buyers generating viewings and valuations and so nurturing the existing database.
• The salary is very impressive with a £25,000 to £30,000 basic salary plus commission with on target earnings of £40,000 and you will work from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday with every other Saturday off.

• You will not attend viewings.
• They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along’.
