We're recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority seeking an Estates Services Manager to lead a team of caretakers and ensure estates are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and appearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of caretakers, supporting performance, development and wellbeing
- Oversee estate services including cleaning, waste management, grounds maintenance and communal areas
- Monitor service standards and take action to resolve issues and improve performance
- Ensure health and safety compliance across estates
- Build strong relationships with residents, resident groups and partner agencies
- Work collaboratively with teams including repairs, tenancy management, community safety and contractors
- Respond to service issues and support continuous estate improvements
- Experience managing housing, estates or neighbourhood services
- Proven experience leading and developing frontline teams
- Strong understanding of estate management functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive service improvements
