We are looking for an experienced estate professional or couple to take responsibility for the overall management and operation of the estate. Key responsibilities

  • Overall day-to-day management of the estate
  • Partridge and habitat management
  • Planning and delivering shoot days and client experiences
  • Managing estate staff, gamekeepers and seasonal teams
  • Estate infrastructure, vehicles, equipment and accommodation
  • Budgets, procurement and financial management
  • Agricultural and conservation activities
  • H&S and environmental compliance
  • Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, sporting agents and local authorities

About you

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing a rural, sporting or agricultural estate
  • Senior-level management experience
  • Strong budget and financial management skills
  • Experience managing staff, contractors and suppliers
  • A practical, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership
  • Experience within a shooting estate or sporting operation would be highly advantageous

For a couple, we are open to complementary skills, whether that is estate management, gamekeeping, sporting, agricultural or operational experience.

The opportunity

  • High-quality furnished accommodation on the estate
  • Bills and utilities included
  • Company vehicle
  • Stunning remote mountain location
  • Senior leadership position
  • Opportunity to live and work in rural Valencia
