Estates Assistant

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Estate Assistant to join a dedicated team maintaining welcoming, safe, and well-kept communities across Crawley.This is more than just a maintenance role - it's about creating environments residents are proud to call home.
What you'll be doing:
Every day will be varied and active, you'll be:

• Maintaining grounds and gardens (lawns, shrubs, planting and upkeep)
• Keeping communal indoor areas clean, safe and presentable
• Identifying and reporting issues like repairs, fly-tipping, and graffiti
• Working closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors
• Helping ensure estates are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming

What we're looking for:
We want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a visible impact. You'll bring:

• Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening
• Knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and outdoor upkeep
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of Health & Safety and PPE
• 🚗 A full UK driving licence (essential)
