Based at Oxford Pharmacy Stores - Banbury, OX16 4TJ

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Up to Band 6 - £24.61 per hour

Help keep a vital NHS pharmacy warehouse safe, secure and ready for action.

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a practical and proactive Warehouse Caretaker to support the smooth running of Oxford Pharmacy Store in Banbury.

You will help keep the site clean, safe, compliant and well maintained, coordinating routine checks, contractors, repairs, cleaning, security and fire safety activity.

Key responsibilities

· Support the safe day-to-day running of the warehouse site.

· Coordinate cleaning, pest control, maintenance, security and fire safety checks.

· Oversee contractors and follow up repairs or site issues.

· Maintain accurate records for checks, audits, maintenance and supplies.

About you

You will be reliable, organised and hands-on, with experience in a warehouse, caretaking, facilities, stores or similar operational role.

· Good understanding of health and safety and site security.

· Strong attention to detail and clear record keeping.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 or similar systems.
