We're currently seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming Estates Programme Delivery Manager opportunity with a leading UK infrastructure organisation.

This role will lead the delivery of a major Estates & Facilities Management programme, overseeing a portfolio of projects worth up to £100m. You'll be responsible for driving project delivery, managing stakeholders, contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex Estates, Facilities Management, Property or Infrastructure programmes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrable success in stakeholder engagement across large, complex organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing external contractors and supply chains.
• Experience operating within robust project and programme governance frameworks.
• Professional project or programme management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, MSP, IPMA or equivalent).
