Estates Programme Lead / Project Manager in London

Finegreen are supporting an NHS ICB organisation in London with the appointment of an experienced Estates Programmes Lead at Band 8b level. You’ll be required to be on site 2 days a week, with some travel to sites when required.

This is a senior role working across a significant portfolio of strategic Estates programmes and projects, supporting the development and delivery of the organisation’s wider Estates Strategy across a complex healthcare system.

The role will involve:

• Leading complex Estates programmes and projects across the NHS estate.
• Managing programme mobilisation, governance, delivery, risks and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Working across programmes including estate utilisation, void reduction, rationalisation, modernisation, and major projects.
• Working closely with NHS organisations, Primary Care, Local Authorities, and external property partners.
• Supporting infrastructure planning and the allocation/drawdown of s106 and CIL funding for healthcare projects.
• Managing programme budgets and ensuring value for money.
• Supporting strategic lease management and wider Primary Care/NHS Estates initiatives.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong background in NHS Primary Care Estates Projects, alongside experience operating with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.

Experience of s106/CIL, infrastructure planning, programme governance and NHS Estates would be particularly relevant.
