As an Estimator/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Arrange quotations by liaising directly with suppliers
• Prepare proposals and reports for customers and the line manager
• Maintain the company CRM system, product literature, and other records
• Manage the Projects email account, responding within one working day
• Process purchase orders and transfer proposals into live filing
• Liaise with the Projects Office Manager and Projects Manager on invoices and purchase orders

As an Estimator/Administrator, your experience will include:

• Experience in an administration or estimating support role
• Confidence using CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple live projects at once
• Experience with DocuSign or similar document management software is an advantage
• Clear, professional communication skills for liaising with clients and suppliers
